Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure the physical integrity of the community by maintaining the overall appearance of our apartment homes both inside and outside. Every day is an opportunity for you to ensure each resident is provided with superior customer service. You support the Maintenance Manager and work with the service team to help achieve income and occupancy goals.

Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultants are the ambassadors for the community. You help create the energy and excitement around our apartment homes. It starts with discovering prospects needs and matching those needs with the perfect apartment home. You are our first point of contact for our prospective residents.

Resident Service Coordinator

As a Resident Service Coordinator, every day is an opportunity for you to deliver a first-class experience in turn improving customer happiness and resident retention.  First point of contact, greeting prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive to our community.  Provide a personalized experience, with emphasis on care and convenience for our future and current residents.

Resident Service Specialist

As a Resident Service Specialist, you provide team coordination to ensure high quality customer service.  You walk through the move-in ready apartment(s) to achieve optimal resident satisfaction. You coordinate responses to resident service issues as well as track and follow-up on move-in satisfaction. You also walk all amenities and problematic areas on a daily basis to address any deficiencies and follow-up with the service team until resolved.

Resident Services Manager

As a Resident Services Manager you are responsible for the response to resident service issues as well as tracking and following up on service and move in satisfaction with documentation for the Service Team. Provide management and coordination of all community events. Responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing and public relations plans and budget. Maintenance and enhancement of the community(s) website. Manages guest suites and provide oversight for the community reputation/image.

Business Manager

As a Business Manager, you work in conjunction with the Community Director to make sure the financial goals are achieved. You demonstrate persistence and aggressively collect rent, utility payments, and fees to minimize delinquency and bad debt write-offs. You complete administrative functions such as processing FAS upon move-out and month-end reporting.

Property Manager

Property Managers are the leaders of the community. You are in command, responsible for all phases of the community’s operations. There are endless opportunities to use your innovation and strategic planning skills. You motivate and coach your team to accomplish the community’s financial, operating and resident services goals.

Maintenance Manager

You oversee the efforts of the community in areas of inspection, maintenance and repair. You work with and lead a maintenance team in achieving income and occupancy goals by delivering an exceptional product and unparalleled service on a consistent and timely basis. You manage expenses and make sound business decisions to improve the community’s appearance and operational efficiency while working within budget guidelines.
